Michael Ferrari has 15 years experience in Web development, marketing and advertising.
Most recently, he was the Director of Technology Services at one of the largest
promotions agencies in the country where he led the strategic design, development
and implementation teams of many Fortune 500 on-line solutions.

Jon Gaskell, Co-Founder
Jon Gaskell is a journalist/author/entrepreneur with more than 12 years experience
in publishing, media, marketing, as well as new business creation and strategic
direction for start-ups. He most recently sold his position in a publishing company
he founded to a group headed up by the former head of NBC News and Page-One Editor
of the Wall Street Journal.

most respected Fortune 500 financial companies, and DataVision is currently providing
best-of-class data solutions for two of the top five credit card services companies
in the world.

Thomas Stanberry
Thomas Stanberry is the Chairman, President and C.E.O. of West Bancorporation, Inc.,
Chairman and CEO of West Bank and Chairman of WB Capital. WTBA is a publicly traded
Iowa corporation and bank holding company that owns and operates West Bank and WB
Capital Management. West Bank has assets of approximately $1.3 Billion. WB Capital
is a money management company with assets under management of approximately $4.5
Billion. Prior to joining WTBA in 2003 he was with Piper Jaffray Inc.

Doug Gulling
Doug Gulling is Chief Financial Officer of West Bank and Executive Vice President
and CFO, West Bancorporation, Inc. Before West Bank, he was with Brenton Bank, becoming
senior vice president and corporate controller in 1996. Prior to Brenton Bank, he
worked for three other banking organizations and as a public accountant for KPMG.
He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI) and the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert Keck is the President of Strategic Business Solutions, LLC. For more than
15 years he has provided management consulting to many Fortune 500 Companies in
a wide variety of industries including energy, insurance, financial services manufacturing,
banking and mortgage lending.

Fred Zelhart
Fred Zelhart has more than 16 years experience in design and development. His projects
include financial software, custom Web solutions, e-commerce solutions, interface
design, hardware configuration and implementation for RSM McGladrey and RZ Technologies,
while serving clients like American Republic, World Insurance Company and San Antonio
Bank. He has also served as Chief Scientist for PACE Health Management Systems,
creating user interfaces, exploring new technologies and serving as primary contact
for beta testing at hospitals across the country. He leads a team of five developers.
